New Volume Tracking Feature Added to Uri International Backoffice
A new feature has been added to your Uri International backoffice. It now gives you a report on how much of your volume is from Fast Start orders (made this month) and the normal monthly volume. You can view this report under the Status Tab in your back office.
Why is it important to know the difference between Fast Start voulme and monthly volume?
Simply, it affects your pay. Fast Start volume is paid out throught the Fast Start Bonus Program and does not get paid in the monthly Unilevel pay program. Distributors made $40.00 to $600.00 on sponsoring a new distributor into the Uri International business with a min. $100.00 order. There are additional payouts of $150.00 for sponsoring three customers or affiliates during the current month, as well as a Bonus pool that you earn 1 share in for sponsoring 5 customers or affiates within the current month. These bonus are Hugh in comparison to other network marketing companies.
Now all of the reorders are considered monthly volume and get paid through the Unilevel program each month. This is your 1%, 5%, 10% pay structure that build long term residual income paid on all the orders from your customers. Customer orders also pay 20% commissions plus the monthly Unilevel pay depending on where they are located in your group. If you are a manager, place all your customers on your third level so you get the 10% unilevel pay from them plus the 20% of the retail price commission.
Both types of volume do qualify you for your pay rank. Be sure to subtract your personal volume from your group volume to see what pay rank you qualify at.
Knowing the monthly volume will give you a much better picture to what your monthly check is going to be.
If you have any questions about the pay, leave a comment and I will try to answer it for you.
