The first thing to understand is that we are talking about when a new member pays the $9.95 membership fee and places a order they become an affiliate. We are not addressing preferred customers in this discussion.

Uri International has a very generous fast start program setup designed to get money into new distributors hands fast. Because if a new distributor doesn't get paid quickly, they will soon quit the business. The real big money thou is in the reorders of a large downline purchasing products every month.

You do not have to order anything to receive a fast start bonus of the people you personally enroll into Uri International. The Fast Start bonus is paid about based on the option they ordered.

Option 1 is the $130.00 pack and pays you $40.00
Option 2 is the $300.00 pack and pays you $100.00
Option 3 is the $500.00 pack and pays you $150.00
Option 4 is the $1000.00 pack and pays you $300.00
Option 5&6  is the $2000.00 pack and pays you $600.00

If you placed a 35PV order, you get paid 10% on the people your personal distributors sponsored that month. ex. if you sponsored Mark and he then sponsors Frank, you would get paid 10% on Frank.

The 10% pay is:
Option 1 is the $130.00 pack and pays you $10.00
Option 2 is the $300.00 pack and pays you $15.00
Option 3 is the $500.00 pack and pays you $20.00
Option 4 is the $1000.00 pack and pays you $40.00
Option 5&6  is the $2000.00 pack and pays you $80.00

Also if you order 100PV, you get paid 5% of the 3 and 4th generation of sponsorships as well. Ex. you sponsored Mark, he sponsored Frank, and Frank sponsored Sam, Sam would be 3rd generation, and anyone Sam sponsors would be 4th.

The 5% pay is:
Option 1 is the $130.00 pack and pays you $5.00
Option 2 is the $300.00 pack and pays you $7.50
Option 3 is the $500.00 pack and pays you $10.00
Option 4 is the $1000.00 pack and pays you $20.00
Option 5&6  is the $2000.00 pack and pays you $40.00

So it pays to work with your team and teach them how to sponsor distributors.

Now here is where it gets real interesting! There are also additional bonuses and pools paid out in addition to the Fast Start Bonus. Unlike most other network marketing companies, when I talk about the bonus pools, they apply not just to sponsoring distributors, but also to sponsoring preferred customers. We are going to count all orders you receive that are for 100PV or more to qualify. We have good products and we understand that importance of retailing as well.

I am going to use as examples are people who are coming in on option 1, the $100.00 package or a retail order over 100PV when looking at the bonus pools.

Here is your first goal, to get three affiliates or customers with a 100PV order. Option 1 counts for 100PV.

Every time you get three, you get paid an additional $150.00 dollars in bonuses.
It breaks down to a check for $75.00, 1 box of The Feast Supercharged, one 50 pack of The Feast brochures, 2 shaker cups and a DVD.

Uri International also has a bonus pool the consists of 5% of all the Fast Start orders. You will be awarded one share for every five customers or distributors you personally sign-up with a minimum of 100BV. This is a very nice options that will get to be Hugh as this business grows. How much is a share worth?

Then just get one more for a total of 6, you generate another $150.00 bonus.

You see in repeats for every three you get and you get a share in the fast start bonus pool for every five you get.
If you sponsored let say twelve, you would get the $150 bonus times 4 for $600.00 , and 2 shares in the Fast Start pool.

All this for generating just 1200BV in sales? that's over 50% back to you. I am amazed at this and have never seen it before in any other company.

Plus if they are preferred customers, you get paid 20% of the order and you can placed them on your third level that pays 10% more. If they come in as affiliate, you get $40.00 fast start bonus up to $600.00 based in which option they come in at. Preferred customers also count towards your sales volume requirements each month. This means if you get 100BV from preferred customers, you don't have to buy anything that month and still get paid a commission check.

This alone is a good enough reason to get involved in a co-op. There is a lot of cash paid for first time orders. You also get paid on all your preferred customers every time they order every month.
