Your Uri The Feast Retail Orders Can Pay You Upto 65% Commission

It's true! You can actually get paid up to 65% commission on your retail orders if you structure your Uri International customer properly. This is a unique part of our compensation plan. No other company that I am aware of will pay you 65% of your retail sales. I just learned this point from last Fridays Uri International monthly corporate meeting. Uri LeBarron was explaining the comp plan and made that statement.

This is how it works. First of all you get 20% pay on all retail sales made, this is a true 20% of the retail  value of the order. Now the rest is based on your rank in Uri International and where you have them in your downline. It is all made possible through the dynamic compression that is paid out through the Uri organization. With out trying to explain the exact science of how dynamic compression works, I'll attempt to explain how it effects you and your pay.

The aim of dynamic compression is to pay out the entire 50% commission that is paid through 9 levels in the comp plan without any breakage going back the the company from commission levels that distributors are not qualified to get paid on. In most network marketing companies, if you don't qualify for a level of pay under you, the company says oh well, a just keeps it for themselves. Dynamic compression demand that the money get paid to a distributor and not the company and will look upline for someone to pay it to. That is how you will make more money in this pay plan.

The main part of this strategy is to place all your retail customers in a separate leg all in a streamline fashion, one under the next and so on in a straight roll down. You are not to place any affiliates or distributors in this leg. it is retail customers only. This has a major effect on your pay. The reason being, is that no retail customers earn commission. Do to the dynamic compression, you will get paid all the levels that your rank qualifies you to get paid on.

Another point also is that retail orders count towards your person volume to qualify for ranks. You only need 100PV every month personally to be qualify for the whole compensation plan pay outs and your retail orders will help you to get there.

Here are a couple of examples to think about. You place your first retail customer in a new leg and they are on your level 1, you earn 1% of the BV plus the 20% of the retail price.

Next you get your second retail customer and place him under the first one. As longs as your group volume is 300 or more, you get paid on the second level also. you just picked up an additional 5%. So you get paid 25% of the 2nd customer.

Now you get your third customer place place them directly under your 2nd customer. If you are a supervisor with 300 group pay, you still get the 25%, but if your group volume is 3000 or higher, you are qualified as a manager and get the level 2 and 3 pay. That's the 20% plus level 2 5%, plus level 3 10%, totaling 35%. This is starting to add up.

So you are now qualified for 3 levels of pay, you may be wondering where to the other levels 4 through 9 go since they too have to be paid out for true dynamic compression? The 4th pay level will go pass you since you are not qualified for it and will continue upward above you until the computer finds the first distributor who is qualified as an executive or higher and pay it to them, since executives get paid on there fourth level.

Let's say that you are an executive rank with 12000 group volume and have 2 or more legs with no more than 9000 BV max in a single leg counting towards the 12000. You are now qualified to get paid on 4 levels. So you go ahead and place your next retail customer under the third one in a straight line down. You will now get paid the 20% plus 5% from level 2, 10% from level 3, and 5% from level 4. Pay levels 5 through 9 will go upline from you. Your total pay is now 40% on your retail customers.

The payouts will increase as you acquire more retail customers for The Feast and advance in rank making a total of 65% available at the global presidential rank. The first one to get to Global Presidential is going to make a lot of money. So go out and find all the retail customers that you can and plug them in to the Uri International back office system and watch your profits grow. It will be very rewarding indeed!
