Just a quick reminder for everyone in Uri International, today is the month end. Do you need anymore samples for next month? The radio is getting ready to run at full steam, are you prepared for more business? Also, do you have what is needed to reach your rank goals this month? A few business tip from Brett Radamacher:
It is always important to finish each week and each
month strong as it sets you up for the following week
and the NEXT month.
How to close out strong EACH month:
1) Follow up with all your previous prospects; appraise
them of any updates you would like to share.
2) Always try to sponsor someone or just one more
person before the end of the month, so they will have
all of next month to work the business.
3) Get people you who are interested in just ordering
product signed up as preferred customers and encourage
them to get on autoship so their products come
automatically.
4) Make sure you are on 100 PV monthly autoship, so you
are fully qualified for commissions and extra bonuses
and benefits. If not, make sure you place a 100 PV
order now to make sure you don’t miss out on any
commissions due you.
5) Order plenty of samples for sampling in March.
6) Encourage your downline to do the same.
One of the best things you can do for having a GREAT
MARCH and 2008, is setting up for it NOW!
1) Make a goal of how many people you would like to
sample in March. (example 25, 50, 100, etc.)
2) Write down a list of people you know.
3) Pick your top 10-25
4) Contact them and let them know you have started a
new home business and have a great nutritional product
you would like to share with them.
5) Send them samples, with link to your product or
opportunity UriLife site. Include a URI brochure on the
Feast and personalized letter.
6) Follow up and see if they have an interest in
ordering product or possible interest in a business.
7) Visit local nutrition stores, health clubs,
nutritionists, chiropractors, etc. Give them some
samples and the Feast brochure. Let them know we will
be advertising on radio and TV first part of
2008.
8) Get involved in lead programs, ad co-ops, or develop
your own.
9) Everyday focus on doing at least one thing to sample
or introduce URI products to everyone, you know, meet
or love.
10) Sign up for the OnDemand Training or get to a Live
or Online Seminar ASAP. We have AWESOME content from
our first 4 seminars.

Here is a Success Checklist you should go through each
week and each month:
1) Am I taking URI products everyday to experience the
great benefits? (1-3 times a day)
2) Do I have product samples on hand?
3) Am I sampling daily?
4) Am I following up?
5) Am I on 100PV autoship to take maximum advantage of
the compensation plan?
6) Am I getting retail customers on Autoship?
7) Am I referring people interested in the business to
the opportunity calls and website?
8) How much time am I actually working a day talking to
prospects about URI’s products or opportunity? How many
dials are day are you making if you are working the
phone.
9) What am I doing to create a continual flow of leads
and prospects for the product and the opportunity?
10) What one activity am I doing TODAY to massively
build my URI business in the future
11) Take massive action now. Do it now.
12) Remember you are ONLY working the business when you
are actually talking to someone about the products
and/or opportunity.
Keep in mind, your network marketing business starts
slow because it is initially based on your personal
efforts, but as you sponsor other distributors who
start duplicating your efforts of retailing product and
signing up other distributors, your business starts
taking on a life of its own.
And when you get about 100 to 300 distributors in your
group, through the collective effort of everyone on
your team, your business will really take off.
Retailing product directly to customers where you can
make 20-40% retail commissions and sponsoring new
distributor who buy URI’s optional start up packages
that pay $40 to $600 fast start bonus per sale paid
weekly are the keys to building up an initial income as
your monthly residual income business up through our
sales organization's activities.
