URI International Makes Enhancements to Compensation Plan
We are all excited about the new enhancements that were made to URI Internationals compensation plan starting May 1st, 2008. The new enhancements will make it easier for newly started URI affiliates to get their business making money right away.
First of all they raised the Fast Start money from 20% to 40% in addition to the already existing bonuses that are being paid out. For example, a 100BV signup will pay $0.00 in Fast Start and another $20 in bonuses. this is amazing!
Second of all URI International raised the 1st level payouts from 1% to 5%. this will get more money into the new affiliates on their monthly check and if we personally sponsored them into URI, we get a matching 20% bonus of their paycheck.
Do you see how this makes sense? IF we can get paychecks into the affiliates hands quicker, they are more likely to stick to the business. People don't make money, they leave. They can also cover their expenses quickly and profit from the Hugh 40% fast start bonus.
Third, they added one more rank to the pay plan, "Universal Presidential" and lower the volume requirements to advance in rank. Now people will advance faster than before and get paid down more levels below them for even bigger checks. For example, Executive rank was 12,000 GV, now it is 9,000GV with a max of 6,000 from any leg. So build two legs, one or the 6,000 and the other for the 3,000GV and you will be Executive getting paid on 4 levels below you.
To advance to Director, before you needed 40,000GV now it is only 27,000 GV. No more than 9,000 GV from any one leg, so you will need to build 3 legs to get to Director. All of the other ranks are obtainable with building only 3 legs and building them deep. This will help your whole team to grow. There is no reason to build more than 3 legs wide.
I would encourage your whole team to stick to the first leg at first until there are 20 affiliates below them in that leg, than move over and start your 2nd leg until there is 20 affiliates, then to the same with your 3rd leg. After that, I would start adding all the new affiliates to the weaker volume leg and try to keep them as close as possible. This will be the fastest way to move up in ranks and get paid on the deeper levels underneath you.
The three leg approach works because of the infinity bonuses and the matching 20% of your personally sponsored affiliates. The infinity bonus is very important to our plan. as long as you outrank the top person in that leg, you are paid infinity deep the percentage of pay between what they qualify for and what you qualify for. For example, if you are at Manager rank nad the top of the leg is at Supervisor rank, you will get paid 10% infinity bonus on everyone below the 3 levels you normally get paid on. No matter how deep the leg is, It can be 100 affiliates deep, you will earn that 10% bonus on levels 4 through 100! This is importart, don't miss this point.
